At Mo Beauty Aesthetics and Wellness, we’re committed to providing exceptional care and ensuring every client has the opportunity to receive our services. To honor this commitment, we’ve established a booking deposit and cancellation policy.
Booking Deposit: A 10% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied to your total service cost.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment or failure to show up for your scheduled time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Why do we have this policy? When an appointment is missed or canceled last-minute, it prevents us from offering that time to another client. This policy ensures fairness and respects both our team’s time and our clients’ needs.
How to Cancel or Reschedule Your Appointment
We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your session:
Online: Access the reschedule/cancel link from your confirmation email. Make sure that you receive email confirmation to verify that your transaction went through.
